My name is Kevin Trainor and my current title is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona.
My time at NAU is primarily spent researching and teaching in the fields of Internet/e- Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Product Innovation and Selling/Sales Management.
I began my career in higher education after spending over a decade in the corporate world where I held a variety of positions related to software engineering, e-commerce, product management, management consulting and search engine marketing. I continue to work with the business/non-profit community through consulting (pro bono and paid) and supervising student internships.
My experience drives my research agenda which, in turn, informs my teaching and ongoing professional endeavors. Ultimately, my goal is to conduct relevant research that can be applied by marketers and taught to my students.
